// the short version
We're a small events company. We collect the bare minimum to run our events and stay in touch — your name, email, and whatever you tell us in a form. We don't sell your data. Ever.
What we collect
- Email signups: your email address and which page you signed up from.
- Session pitches & event ideas: name, email, and whatever you submit in the form.
- Event RSVPs: handled by Luma — see their privacy policy.
- Basic analytics: anonymized page views to see what's working. No cross-site tracking.
How we use it
- To send you the newsletter you signed up for.
- To reply to your pitches, ideas, and questions.
- To improve the events and the site.
Who we share it with
A short list of tools that help us run things — like our email provider (Kit), event platform (Luma), and database (Supabase). They only see what they need to do their job. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
Your choices

Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site working and a small amount of analytics. No advertising trackers.
